Background #
My birthday is March 1st and I grew up in North Carolina, but have been working remotely for over 3 years, most recently remotely out of Phoenix, Arizona.
I have always had a strong interest in the field of software development, since I was able to grow up around them, and I have always had a passion for learning new things. My first official programming courses were in high school in Visual Basic and Java, though I had been making websites for fun for as long as I can remember.
Since I had a knack for programming and was still interested in a career in tech, I atteneded the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Since graduating, I have had several years of experience in the software engineering and web development industry.

Personality #
To the surprise of many who have interacted actively or passively with me on the interwebs, I am quite introverted. I find it hard to describe myself so I now have a dedicated place for jotting down notes about my personality as I come across them.
I am a private person in general but the one aspect of my personal life that I have been very upfront about is that I have ADHD. It has a major impact on my life, which is why I talk and write very openly about it.
Connect #
I am always looking for new opportunities to connect with others and share what I am learning and working on.
